The Dear Hunter’s North American Tour 2023 - Movie Posters
I created two large-scale pieces for The Dear Hunter’s feature-length film, featuring members of the band & characters from the movie. Both follow the same rendering process, in which all of the graphics were sketched, lined, then rendered in grayscale and overlaid with gradient scales in a distinct color palette to keep both pieces cohesive.
The primary poster (left) has been used in advertising & marketing the initial premiere of the film. I referenced poses from the film itself for both posters.
The secondary poster (right) is featured on the cover of the blu-ray as well as one of the physical and digital soundtrack releases (available for preorder now!). This one is also currently available for preorder as a physical poster, and a t-shirt.
The Dear Hunter - Migrant Tour Poster/Port Angeles Zoo Variant
For The Dear Hunter’s North American Tour celebrating the 10th anniversary of their album Migrant, I was asked to create poster art that would be exclusive to VIP ticket holders. The initial design (left) was the VIP variant.
I later added their sixth member Aiden as a Quetzal bird, which was used for an online-exclusive variant of the poster after the tour concluded. The Port Angeles Zoo poster is currently available on the band’s merch site.
Primrose the Fairy - Merch Illustrations
I was commissioned in 2024 to create two large-scale illustrations for the performer Primrose the Fairy, to be used for print-on-demand merchandise available in her online store. I was given artistic freedom with the pieces, given two reference photos she wished to have recreated, and set loose on the art.
The end result was my very first painterly-style work, two vivid and vibrant illustrations of Primrose in all her bubbly wonder.
